Board Meetings

Gafford Chapel WSC board meetings are held as needed to conduct business during the year.  The annual meeting is held the second Tuesday in February at Gafford Chapel Church fellowship hall located at 6839 Texas Highway 11 West of Sulphur Springs.  Business will include election of directors on a rotating basis, approval of minutes from the previous year, financial report from the previous year, the system operator's report, and new items for discussion.  The annual meeting is open to all members of the corporation. Notice of the meeting will be printed on the January 25 billing cards.
